When choosing an alarm company, take your time to make a thorough decision:
  • Discuss your needs and budget with a reputable alarm company
  • Ask how long the company has been in business – stability is important
  • Ask if technicians are college or CANASA trained – experience is important
  • Request a written quote and monitoring contract
  • Request ownership of the equipment once the contract has been fulfilled
  • Ask if the equipment is non-proprietary

The Canadian Security Association (CANASA) is a national non-profit organization, established in 1977 dedicated to promoting the interests of its members and the safety and security of all Canadians.

CANASA is the national voice of the security industry and has a growing membership of more than 1,300 members across Canada, representing all segments of the industry.

Cairn Control Systems Inc. is an active member in CANASA.  One of Cairn’s executives serves on CANASA’s National Executive Board.

Cairn Control Systems Inc. has been in business over 30 years serving Southern Ontario.  All technicians are certified CANASA technicians and most have a college education in electronics.  The customer owns the equipment upon fulfilling the contract.  Cairn Control Systems uses non-proprietary equipment.  Cairn Control Systems is a family-owned business that is small enough to care but large enough to service you.  We pride ourselves in delivering solutions, not just a system.
