Decluttering is much more than spending time to get rid of some of the stuff you've accumulated, since items and tasks will continue to pile up without putting good habits into place.Take the time to organizeÉ do it every day and it will become a habit.
Everyone is short on time these days. Have our lives become so enriched that we just can't squeeze in enough fun? There are so many choices now, it's overwhelming. We simply can't participate in everything and need to make choices that make sense for us.
Making a To Do list helps keeps you on track and works great both at home and work. Try to stick to the list, adding items as needed. You'll get satisfaction as you cross off each line.
Take time to relax and enjoy each day, whatever that means to you. It may a quiet cup of tea, reading, watching a movie, talking to friends, going for a walk, or playing a game. Make time for yourself. Keep your health and fitness in mind.
Decide whether to keep, recycle, donate, sell, or throw away items (clothes, gadgets, magazines, old cell phones) that no longer fit, are out of fashion, or not being used. File, don't pile your daily mail. As you add a year to your files, shred the oldest year's paperwork.
You can visually make your rooms look clearer by hiding wires, installing in-wall or in-ceiling speakers, moving audio, cable, or satellite equipment out of the entertainment room, and replacing your five remote controls for one smart control.
Home Control is much more than simply a universal remote or smart lighting. Home Control allows the linking and control of all the electronics and systems in your house, becoming your home's operating system.
