Remote Access to Your Security Alarm System

Notification on your smart phone

Would you like to know when your kids have arrived home safe or when someone arrives home unexpected?

There are a number of different ways to notify you that your alarm has been armed or disarmed.

We can email or text you upon change in status (Arm, Disarm, Alarm Triggered, etc.)

Using SIMS Mobile App, you can access your system to see current status, check signal received, review history or put your system on test.

Using iParadox app, you can access your system to see current status and arm/disarm your system.  Saves you carrying a remote but it doesn’t push notifications.

Upon receiving notification of change in status, you can view your cameras remotely.

Control4 Home Automation can send an email when your alarm is armed, disarmed, or triggered.  Please visit our virtual smarter home at www.MySmarterHome.ca

Remote Controls for your security system

Remote controls can be handy but security is critical since that’s why you have the system in the first place.  A remote control that is programmed to arm is secure.  A remote control without requiring an access code that is programmed to disarm is not secure.  Our recommendation is the Paradox REM-3 that acts like a keypad.  You can leave it in your vehicle or garage since you need an access code to use it.
